Definitely! At Send Snorkel we pride ourselves on the quality of our products which are thoroughly tested by our team... every night. If you are not happy with your Send Snorkel or if you find damages or a defect, contact us immediately and we will remedy the situation.

What is your returns policy?

Returns or exchanges must be returned to us within 14 days of the order being received.

For hygiene purposes, returns must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the original order number.

Return postage is at the buyers own cost and risk.
